Google just released its latest update for Chrome version 75 and it comes with a bunch of new features. However, one of the most important and interesting ones here is the hidden Reader Mode called Distill page.
The feature is disabled by default one has to enable Reader Mode in Chrome 75 to activate it. Once enabled, this mode removes the clutter (distracting things like ads, banner, videos, etc) from the web page so that you can focus on the article and read without any disturbances.
Nowadays, many websites you visit bombard you with banners, ads, videos, and other distracting, unrelated stuff when all you want to do is read an article. But if you find all the extra stuff on web pages too distracting then you can go into "Reader Mode" to simplify web pages for better readability. The ads, banners, videos, and other distracting items on the web pages are removed, leaving you with only the content you're interested in. A Reader Mode is great for users who love to read articles online. It's a handy tool for simplifying the view for news stories and text-heavy content.
But this feature hasn't made official yet, so we can still hope for improvement in it.
